MAGICAL REALISM: alban elved's ROOMS is dance with a plot

...Lieske danced... with her usual athleticism - balancing herself in, around and on top of props - but still managed to capture Marta's emotional frailty. ... The props are simple, but effective. A small wooden house is lighted from within, providing a framework for delicately cut silhouettes representing Marta's fall.

...ROOMS is like a quick breath of fresh ideas. It's thought provoking and challenging, but also delightful to watch.
